Immigration Services & Consultations

We are a full-service immigration services firm with years of immigration consulting experience. We have been able to help our clients navigate through difficult circumstances in their immigration process. We specialize in study permits and visas, temporary work permits and visa, permanent resident applications and business LMIAs for Canadian businesses.

We are a RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) with an active license from the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.

Apart from our principal immigration consultant Ranjit Singh, we have a very competent and knowledgeable team that helps the clients in their application from the beginning till the end. Our team ensures that it does its proper due diligence before submitting the application to ensure the best outcome for our clients in the most time effective manner. We also have solid processes in place that ensure that we submit the application first time right that saves our clients the hassle of delays and rejections.

Even though Ranjit specializes in the LMIA for businesses, he also has a strong background in getting study permits and visas approved.

STUDENT VISA

Canada is a true hub for international education, with some 580,000 foreign students enrolling at various institutions across the country in 2018. And if global demand for a Canadian education is anything to go by, this number will only continue to grow.

Guided by a strict code of ethics and industry best practices, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants possess the necessary skills to meet such demand safely and effectively, guiding international students to a successful academic career in Canada and, should they wish, permanent residence — one of the prime benefits of studying here.

For students seeking a life in Canada, this is the place to start.

BUSINESS LMIA

A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document issued by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) assessing the impact of hiring a foreign national in Canada.

positive LMIA indicates that there is no Canadian citizen or permanent resident to fill a position, therefore enabling an employer to hire a foreign national.

negative LMIA indicates that a position should be filled by a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
